Super nice and professional group of workers! Great job, no problems, tree gone!!

On 4/2/2019, based upon a proposal they supplied to me, I hired them to provide a plant care program for my plants and trees. It was to be a 6 application program. When they had not shown up to do the **Early Spring** application by mid-May, I had to call them to get them out here. I was assured that I would not have to bug them to get the future applications done. It is now AUGUST 6, 2019 and they have not been back for the **Late Spring** or **Early Summer* applications. I just called them and they had no idea why they had not shown up, so I fired them. I also informed them that if my new plant and tree care specialist tells me that my plants, shrubs or trees are now in bad shape because they had not done their job, that I would be coming to them for reparations! Buyer Beware! Do not hire these people to do your residential work!!!!

This company was considerably less expensive than the two other Home Advisor recommended companies. You get what you pay for. If you like having to *nag* the company every step of the way, it is worth the discounted price. They finally completed cutting down 2 trees and grinding the stumps. They left huge dents in the lawn because instead of taking the considerably tall trees down in stages they cut the trunk in one sweep, letting them fall to the ground causing large divots in the lawn. When the trees fell they shook the neighborhood, scaring my elderly neighbors. Customer service is not their priority. Every time I called they said they would let the salesman and his supervisor know but I never heard from either one of them. The strange thing is every time I called to see when they would be coming out to complete the project the person answering the phone wanted me to pay my invoice before the job was completed! Why would I ever pay before the job was finished? That was the only bargaining chip I had to get the job finished!

Matt came and look at the tree , gave me a good price and very dnice to talk to. The guys took the tree down , very hard workers. Did a great job in cleaning up. Great company.

Northeastern did an amazing job. They submitted the best quote and followed that up with prompt and quality service. I was home for the work that was done and I was able to watch them perform. They removed 4 trees, trimmed deadwood on existing-to-remain trees, and ground the stumps as well. I am very happy with the job they did.

Had many many trees in the back yard the front yard they were great they did work at my girlfriends and that is how I got them and again they were great if I need more trees cut I will be calling them

Communication was a bit lax, but the gentlemen who came out for the initial assessment and the guys who came back to do the work were wonderful. I intend to use them again in the future!

The person that came out to quote me was amazing. The crew that showed up was less than promised.

They weren’t the lowest estimate but clearly they were the most professional of the three places that contacted me.

missed scheduled date due to hydraulic issue but when called next day they got right there and did a good job came back 2x to finish stump removal

i'm very happy with North-Eastern Tree Service, Inc. Bob came to give me an estimate, he was polite and straight to the point. Gave me the right price the first time so I didn't need to negotiate anything. With that being said my tree came down quickly. After this storm I may hire them again once I get another estimate this week. Thank you North-Eastern Tree Service, Inc.

Contacted them and they came out and gave a quote. I signed the contract hiring them to do the work. Haven't heard from them since and they don't answer the phone or return calls.
