This company did exactly what they promised and they did it on schedule.

We had our whole house resided with hardiboard and T1-11 plus new porch railing and banister. Gary's crew made our old house look new again. His carpenter George took his time to fix some quirky issues which we really appreciated. The painter did an excellent job and was very detailed. With a project this big, we encountered some hiccups, but Gary made sure the end result was exactly what we wanted. Overall we are very happy. Absolutely perfect workmanship--Great servicemen. Job completed in timely fashion as agreed. We could not be happier with results. They do other types of repair services, and we will certainly call them in the future when help is needed.

To sell a house, I needed to get many repairs required by the buyer and a home inspection to make the house ready for sale. His people insulated the home, added smoke detectors and fixed a detailed list of items required by a home inspection. The work was done efficiently and at a fair price. On many occasions I have found I can rely on Gary and his company to deal with the unexpected construction needs I have encountered.

After purchasing a home that had been destroyed by an evicted former owner, Gary cleaned the house and then renovated every part of it. The work included demolition of a concrete building, reconstruction of a pool, new plumbing, hooking the house up to city water, new electrical, redoing a septic tank, new flooring, bathrooms, bedrooms, the kitchen, landscaping, etc. The house now looks completely transformed and is on the market for sale. I found Gary essential for this project since I needed a reliable contractor who could oversee a large construction project.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. You won't find better customer service anywhere. When we were seeking quotes, Gary was unable to reach us via phone and drove out personally to ensure us that he wasn't ignoring us. He provided a free estimate on the day and at the time we requested. We actually had another company tell us that they don't do weekend estimates so my husband should take off a day to wait for them to come. Gary checked in at least once a day to ensure the installation was going well. He kept us informed at all times. Never felt pressured on any decisions. Also, his crew was great. They never caused any disruptions, and they cleaned up after themselves. Once we decided to hire this company, they set to work quickly. If you value good customer service, honesty, good craftsmanship, and feeling like a valued customer, then call Gary for your fencing needs. I don't typically write reviews but I cannot help but want to show support for such a great company. I didn't have to deal with a call center; I always dealt directly with Gary. He returned all calls and emails as well as came by to check in in person every day. The fence they installed surpassed my expectations. We have a very uneven and rooty yard so I know the job wasnt easy. Nevertheless, the fence turned out great. I will hire this company for future projects. I give it the highest rating possible and can only hope other companies start to implement the customer service approach used by Gary.

Gary is very responsive to any requests or questions. He was prompt and completed the job just as he promised. The workers were pleasant and professional. I am very pleased with the work. I m sure that I will use this pro for future projects.

Excellent job. Gary contacted me right away and was there to give me a quote on the spot. They worked with my schedule and were very professional. Within just a couple of days of my contacting Home Advisor, my doors were installed. Russell did a great job installing antique miniature French doors. Everything had to be done custom. He showed me every step and let me choose the option I preferred. You could tell he took pride in his work. He cleaned up everything and was great to work with. He even fixed my front door as he was leaving. These guys were very professional, friendly and good to work with. I tend to be a perfectionist so when I am happy with everything that means they did a great job. I cannot recommend them enough. I will be using them for other projects and have already recommended them to several friends. This was my first time using someone from HomeAdvisor and I am very happy with them as well. It's a great resource.
