We had a mildew smell in the garage and could not find the source. NGR did a thorough inspection for water issues, removed any problems and put a vapor barrier in our crawlspace. We have had no smell since the work was completed. They were very professional, courteous and timely and we will definitely use them for other projects.

Great to work with. Mold and squirrel stuff was removed and insulation restored. Mold spots were killed and repainted. Tony and his staff were great to work with.

Workers showed up on time and were very efficient as well as very neat. Communication with NGR was great. We are very pleased with their work and will recommend them, as well as use them again ourselves, if the need for their services arises.

They were great! They did exactly what they said they would and took care of my house in the process. They were very competitive with price. Very good customer service and during the estimate they were not over dramatic about the problem as some other companies were when they came to give us an estimate. We had our air quality checked by an independent party and the test was in line with what North GA Remediation said during their estimate. I would definitely use them again if needed and would definitely recommend them!
