The area was difficult to access, but he worked hard and left it looking clean and well-maintained. He was professional, reliable, and paid attention to detail throughout the project. Jonathan showed up by himself after giving me a quote and started ripping up a row of hedges that were included in the quote. He immediately started to say he couldn't do the job. His estimate was too low. I said ok I just want the qork done. Ill work with you. Jonathan stayed about 45 minutes cut the hedges in a very poor manor. We talked. We said he would come back with his crew the next day. He didn't show up. He came back to pick up tools he left the following day and to do some work. He didn't do any work. I went in the house and he was gone, Leaving my yard a TOTAL MESS. DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY. HE DOESNT HAVE AN EHTICAL APPROACH TO HIS BUSINESS. NOW, IM STUCK.

John at Merriam was prompt, professional and did a great job in 2 hours that would have taken me 6 to 8 by myself. Well worth the cost considering my time saved.

I recently hired North Georgia Roots to install a dry creek bed along the side of my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The transformation was incredible – they turned a bare, uneven pathway into a clean, natural-looking rock drainage area that looks amazing and functions perfectly. What impressed me most was how quickly and professionally they completed the project – all in just one day! They also made sure to clean up thoroughly after the job, leaving everything looking neat and polished. I’ll definitely be calling them again soon for a pine straw and mulch refresh.
