Brian, Jeremy,Sean and Bert were excellent workers. They paid attention to details, often working late into the afternoon and evening. They were very accommodating in pleasing the customer!! I would highly recommend North Hills Landscaping!! We get compliments about the design and the workmanship of my patio and walkway. The entryway has two half circle steps that are beautiful!! The walkway, circle steps and patio have a herringbone design. They were meticulous in cutting the paver's for a perfect fit!! We plan to use them again for future projects!!

Unfortunately, it was a big mistake to hire North Hills Landscaping. The work was extremely disappointing. It seems that a lot of shortcuts taken, which resulted in very low-quality and a horrible appearance. Worst of all, the company was completely unprofessional. They stopped returning phone calls once we asked them to return to fix the job. After only 4 months, we're having to tear it out and start all over again. I wouldn't wish them on my worst enemy!

From beginning to end North Hills Landscaping was professional, timely, and helpful. Brian came promptly when contacted and gave me a decent quote. When I changed my mind on some things and needed a new quote, he responded quickly. The new offer was perfect and we scheduled for Nov. 2007. It is now mid Nov. and the contract is complete. There were no surprise charges and he even went above and beyond the extra specifications of the contract. I love the outcome and am happy to refer for North Hills Landscaping anytime!

5-star. Outstanding - in both customer relations and workmanship.

The retaining wall and sidewalk installed by this company was very good. However, they were also very destructive in the process. Siding on our house was damaged, and they have not fixed it yet. There was also other damage to wood plank yard borders that was not necessary. Finally, the once healthy flower bed was re-filled with clay and rocks, and I need a jack hammer to plant my flowers. Oh, and my outside lamp doesn't work now due to damage to the wire from digging. I will negate this review if everything gets fixed, as the rest of the service was good and the workers were pleasant.

Replaced 3-sided two tier railroad tile patio wall. Sidewalk edge wall and steps, and driveway curb for water runoff. Brian called right away, was flexible with our schedule, easy to reach by phone, and easy to work with. Liked the emailed plans and proposal. Saved time. The sidewalk edge wall, steps, and driveway curb turned out very well. The patio wall, though it took longer than any of us anticipated, was a pure work of art. Benches were installed to increase patio seating while still retaining the ability to plant flowers etc. in the wall that we had before. They did an outstanding job! This projects recommends NHLS on its own.

The job they did was excellent!! Everything looks like new. I would highly recommend them and will use them again myself if the need arises.

Extremely competetive price, well-managed project from beginning to end. Large retaining wall construction began and finished far earlier than promised, and final product exceeded expectations!
