"This was a retrofit custom home theater system installation for Steve in his basement. We installed (1) Samsung 50" HDTV, (1) Samsung 5.1 Home Theater Receiver System & (1) wall mounted console below the HDTV. All cabling to include HDMI, speaker & electrical were concealed within the walls. A very neat job and obviously Steve was happy with the outcome."

Arnie and his crew were very professional and courteous. The job ended up being more complicated than originally anticipated and took longer to complete. There were a couple of minor details that needed to be corrected on a subsequent visit. In all, the investment was well worth the price and the end result was more than satisfactory.

Knowledgable on the job. Estimate of time was on the lower end, and it ended up being a larger project, so the heads up would have been helpful.

"This was for cleaning up a rats nest of a wiring job for her phone system from a previous company. See project pictures. Customer had phones shorting out and after project was completed phones have been fine ever since and she can now easily identify phone jacks & ports for making any future changes herself."

Even though our phone problem ultimately ended up being an AT&T issue, North Shore Communications did a thorough check of the phones, jacks, and wiring throughout our house to determine that it was not an internal problem. Arnie was a total professional -- returned calls promptly, showed up on time, and cleaned up completely. The rates also were reasonable. We'd definitely call North Shore Communications again and recommend them to anyone.

"Customer moved into an older home that was previously occupied by a business. All wiring was daisy chained from jack to jack with several splices behind the existing wall phone jacks. The internal wiring needed to be reconnected & spliced within the house in order for all the phone jacks to work properly."
