I very much appreciated his problem-solving approach and his clarity of communicating why they were occurring and the steps he was taking to correct them. He also provided me with insights about the operating features of my desktop computers which will help me moving forward should other problems occur with them. Sal Costanza, of North Shore Computer Services, is a professional in his field & provides excellent service. He diagnosed my personal computer at his shop, repaired it & returned it to my home the very next day. Later when I had problems with my monitor, he offered me a replacement at a reasonable price. Sal, made as many trips to my home as needed to resolve any problems, answered all my questions, offered ideas & was a perfect gentleman. I would recommend his services to everyone.

I typically do not rate transactions because I feel you are doing what you are supposed to do; but I feel differently about this experience. Sal was the only respondent right away when I used home advisor. I disclosed my biggest fear at the time when my computer was acting up that my 20 years of photographs could be lost. This was the first thing Sal addressed when I brought in my pc. Before my eyes he took out my hard drive to determine it was okay and it was my SSD card that was bad. That night before I reached home he texted me to let me know he was already backing up my data; which quite frankly is something I should have done some time ago. He set up a backup system so that my hard drive is copied and I won’t lose my data in the future. From there I had questions about upgrading my video card for processing my photographs. Sal researched my options as I know how how to use my programs but not how to upgrade my computer. He found a fix that will work just fine until I upgrade to a new computer once this crazy pandemic is over. I plan on keeping Sal around to go thru my computers periodically to maintain their health since my warranties have lapsed and he can be more responsive than talking to an 800 number. Fortunately for me I found an honest, personable customer driven Individual who will address your concerns that are cost effective and that suit your needs. I highly highly recommend him.

Sal is a professional.and trustworthy

The technician was personable, knowledgeable and quick. Initial response was quick. Was able to have him over to house within 2-3 hours of signing up. Trouble shot problem on 1st machine, took 2nd laptop with him and had it fixed and returned the following day. Pricing was very reasonable. I would recommend Sal to ANYONE without any reservation.
