These guys are not responding to my inquiry about my missing items. Received some of my things broken. Watch what you sign in earnest because what you sign is not what they explained to get you to sign without reading it through. They do not even have an inventory of what they are moving, so when you complain you are looking to get over on them, I WAS TOLD. SO YOU HAVE TO PROVE THAT THE THINGS THAT ARE MISSING ARE VALUABLE AND VALID!!!!

They Quoted me $2,200 to move my two-bedroom apartment from NYC to Tampa. The day after they moved all my stuff inside the truck they told me my total was 4,200, which I paid in full. Biggest mistake. After I got no updates on anything until day 6, that phone was an estimate of when my furniture would be to me. So wrong, the guys were late and when they showed up. They do not even work for the company. The good news is I received all my things, bad news is they replaced the screws for my bedroom set and the crib of my son. So it has been a week since my furniture has been here, and I am sleeping with my mattress on the floor, and my son is sleeping in his playpen. My dresser also has a big crack on one of its handles. Still waiting on them to send a carpenter to put my things together. This has been the worst experience of my move. All they care about is the money, and you will never hear from them again. Now I have to call Raymour and Flanigan and try to get them to put my bed back together and pay more of my own money for something that I already paid for. Absolutely horrible for a moving company to do this.

Our moving team was great they went right to work and was very proessional and efficient andneatbthe way they worked and even offered to help rearrange the furniture at the areas in my house that I liked.

ARRIVED ON TIME. COVERED THE FURNITURE. PACKED THE BREAKABLES WELL. WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL.

Seriously the worst nightmare to have hired this company to move my belongings from NJ to TX. It took them 40 days to deliver my belongings. Max made me run from piller to post ever since I handed over my belongings and paid 70% of the contracted value to the company at the pickup location. Nicole kept giving stories after stories but did nothing to provide the accurate status of my belongings. I had to beg them by calling, emailing them 10s of times and they would not bother responding to any of them. It was only when I engaged the law enforcement here at the destination that I finally got my belongings. Some useful tips to save yourself and your family from these kinds of companies. 1. Do not trust 5-star ratings if it is from less than 50 customers at least. In googles profile picture, there is a random photo of a bus on the street when we type about the company, not sure if this inspires any confidence in the company. 2. Do not get duped by a family-oriented, family man, extra sweet talks of the person who comes to take the inventory, their behavior can change completely once they have your property. Max acted very rude and gave me a very hard time post they took my belongings away. 3. Do not let the person who comes to pick up your belongings on the date of the move touch your property unless they give you an updated estimate. If they say that once they will upload it into the truck and then provide the estimate, STOP and do not proceed further. Engage law enforcement if they try to bully you on the spot. I had a really bad experience with Oscar on this. 4. FMCSA is useless, they are just record keepers and would do nothing but request your moving company to work with you - which in this case did not work. 5. Search for the moving company DB at: https://ai.fmcsa.dot.gov/hhg/search.asp? to review their financial standing and reputation. in this case, at the time of my review, this company has just one truck in its fleet and they claim to be a national movers.
