North Star Appliance Repair And Service, Inc.

I called North Star after noticing the bearings on our washing machine needed replacing. I had checked on line with Kenmore what needed to be done but decided I did not want the hassle of getting the bearing tool set and doing the job myself. The repair man arrived and agreed that the bearings were gone but told me that they could not replace the bearings without replacing the inner tub and that would cost $800 so it would be better to just get a new washing machine. So he left and charged us the $129 call out fee because he was basically to lazy to actually do the job. Kenmore have confirmed that the tub does not need replacing when replacing the bearings.

I was so impressed with the professionalism and courteous service I received with North star. Dimitri was excellent! Definitely would use this company again. Good people and reasonable prices.

Exceptional! The reviews I had read before calling them for washer repair prompted me to contact them. They were even better than I hoped for. Demitri explained exactly what was wrong with my washer and my options. They are professional and courteous and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing appliance service.

Arrived on time. Quote was accurate. Knowledgeable and professional. Trustworthy. Will call again for any repair needs

I called North Star Appliance Repair to repair my mother's washing machine. I called North Star after searching and reading reviews online, and seeing how satisfied customers were. I live in the Orlando, FL area and my 90 year old mother lives in Kennesaw. Dimitri came the same day (!) I called and diagnosed the problem for a very reasonable service call charge. He was completely up front about the cost to repair and advised that the cost to repair would be about the same as a new basic washing machine. He did not try to sell me on anything or try to pressure me. He just gave me the options. In talking with Dimitri, I could sense his trustworthiness, professionalism and knowledge. I recommend Dimitri and North Star Appliance Repair without hesitation! If I could give 10 stars I would. Incredible service. Thank you, Dimitri.

Great

Dmitri was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC. Great service. Great manners. Great follow up. HIGHLY recommend!

My refrigerator was making an odd noise and ice was starting to appear on the back panel. Dimitry was able to come the same day, and new the problem the second he walked in the door. He was thorough in explaining the issue, as well as the fix and the cost. He was not pushy and allowed me time to consider if the cost for repair was worth it over replacing the fridge. After I decided a few hours later the same day to proceed with the repair, he came back and got everything fixed promptly.

Our refrigerator was on the blink and not cooling properly. Dimitri came the same day I called. We had an issue with our refrigerator freezing up on the heating coils. Dimitri had to defrost the frozen coils and replace 2 circuit boards. He had the refrigerator up and running in a couple hours. He explained everything that he did. He had a great personality and I would not hesitate to hire him again for any major appliance repair repair.

Professional but not accurate.

Great service, fair and honest pricing, great communication. Fixed our stove and gave us an education on our other appliances. If I could give more stars, I would.

North Star fixed my 2 y/o oven. Demitri was very knowledgeable and polite and professional. He wore booties and a face mask in respect of the virus. I would recommend his services hope heartedly. Great guy, great repairman!

Amazing customer service!!! Dimitry came on short notice to fix our refrigerator that suddenly was not cooling properly. He wore a mask, gloves and sanitized his hands because of pandemic and made us feel very comfortable because we have an immune compromised member in the family. Thank you so much for saving all our food and sanity during this difficult time of social isolation!!!

Courteous, knowledgeable and on time. Worked with my schedule. The technician had a book with the prices of every part imaginable. All prices included labor.

Neat work very tune in to our needs I would highly recommend them to my friends an associates good job Dmitri

North Star s timeliness and communication were spot on. They reached out to me within 24 hours of me asking for a quote. I needed a repair done at my rental home. They offered to communicate directly with my tenant as well as give me a call after each communication to inform me of what had been coordinated. The day of they called me before they arrived so I would be looking for their call once they completed the diagnosis and gave me a price. The price was very reasonable and the whole process took less than an hour from arrival, to diagnosis, to completion and finally payment. Highly Recommend!!
