Excellent customer service and very professional. The carpets were cleaned very well and stains removed. They returned to touch up one stubborn area at no charge without any questions. The 2 gentlemen worked well together and were personable and knowledgable. Great experience!

NorthStar Cleaning did an excellent job. Our carpets are cream colored. They were quite spotted and the traffic patterns were obvious. We also have the same carpet going upstairs into our loft. They now look almost brand new! We added the Scotchgard protection to keep them looking good. We are very pleased with this company and their employees. They were professional, knowledgeable, and geared to providing quality customer service.

They did an amazing job! Bryan and Jim were freindly. I have already recommended North Star to a couple of friends.

Carpets look great

Carpets were left very wet, even though my package should have had the drying fans. He was very nice, but seemed very rushed and a couple of spots didn't work very hard to get out, I got them out after he left. I was disappointed since all reviews were so good.

I was calling cleaners to compare rates but after I talked to Jay at Northstar that was the last call I made. He was very professional and very personable. I had a cream color sectional sofa and ottman that had seen better days and really needed a good cleaning. I figured that there would be some spots that would not come out and I was okay with that. After the job was finished...I was amazed at how good it looked! And the price was reasonable for the size of the sectional set.My next call to Jay will be to clean my carpet! I would reccomend NorthStar Cleaners to anyone looking for a fair deal and quality work.

The job was done very well and very timely. He was very polite and took time on the high traffic areas. No extra costs and not surprises!! I enjoyed my experience with Northstar Cleaning & Restoration.

The cleaners did an excellent job in cleaning the carpet and attempting to remove all darkened areas in the carpeting. There were a few areas that they were unable to remove completely, but it appeared that those areas wouldn't come clean anyway. They did forget to clean the storage area at the entrance of the apartment, but this was not an issue as that room is being re carpeted.
