"Since the person was unhappy with my work I sent her a full refund however she never cashed the check. I stand behind my work! Also the 7.25% was less then I should have charged. When then windows are extremely dirty on the inside with dirty screens and what appeared to be some sort of plastic covering them it can be hard to see what is cleaned if you don;t get the inside perspective. Also I had a pleasant conversation afterwards about her home and her pug dog for at least 10 to 15 minutes so not sure why the 1.5 Customer Service rating As I was also there when I said I would be. If your reading the customers comment this in no way is indicative of me and or my work."
