We were told that replacing the entire 5-ton system could cost close to $20,000. When we contacted NorthStar HVAC, they took the time to actually find the problem. They located the leaks and gave us a much more economical option instead of replacing the entire system. The repair ended up costing around $3,500, and the problem was fixed. We were very happy with the outcome and the amount of money we saved. They are especially good at diagnosing and repairing older systems instead of immediately recommending replacement.
