Great communicators, reliable, knowledgeable and do good work!

North Star went above and beyond when transforming our backyard. They showed up on time and finished on schedule, which isn’t always the case with landscapers. While the project was going, the team was respectful of our property and transparent when explaining the process. They even gave us advice on how to care for some of the things they weren’t even working on. They did a great job, and we’d hire them again.

Very competent and cordial, and easy to work with, They did a wonderful job and did exactly what I wanted.

I really do not want to write this review but.. They started out great earlier this summer. Good work for the amount charged. Then, about 6 weeks ago, they really started to slack off. Not edging the front yard by the street, etc. Not coming on schedule. I have repeatedly reached out to the owner with no response. I am hiring another lawn care company. I only hope that the owner is ok and nothing bad is going on with him or his family, because that would be the only acceptable reason for this insulting lack of communication.

They did a great job.

We have had them out once so far. We opted for the biweekly mowing. They did a good job so far. We also have signed up for dethatching and fertilizing. We haven't had those services done yet so I can't give a complete report.

Very communicative, timely, a great person. Does great work, flexible and offered a lot of suggestions for our yard that needed extensive work. Reliable!

He did quality work and he is friendly. He was very professional and proficient.
