Radon mitigation system was installed in our home by North Star Radon Solutions in October. Additional electrical work was needed to complete the installation. They told us that they would arrange the services of their electrician to complete the work and that this was included in the price of the contract. Despite a follow up contact with the company in December, the electrical work remains undone and an extension cord is hanging out of our attic to power the system fan. The system itself seems to work fine, but the failure to complete the work as proposed and paid for in unacceptable.

The first phone call went very well. Eric was helpful and had the right sub-servant attitude, meaning he was there to help me understand mitigation and not brag about 1000 systems they have installed.
