I have used their services now for 5+ years and I’ve been very satisfied. My pool is always clean and they do a great job of fitting me in when something major goes wrong with motor, pump etc. I would recommend them to anyone that isn’t a do it yourself pool person. You’ll be very happy!

My equipment froze when we lost power on a freezing night. The pool company I was using would not return my calls or emails so I reached out to North State pools for help to get my pool up and running again. They actually answer the phone when you call and they kept in contstant communication with me and were able to get my pool fixed by the next day. It is so hard to find a reliable pool company and I am so grateful for North State for their help and I will be using them for all my maintenance and service from now on!

I had a single speed pump motor failing due to a mechanical seal breech. The motor bearing was toast. I'm normally a DIYer, but this was my 2nd motor with a seal issue, so I figured I never installed the seal properly. Sometimes it's best to call the professionaIs, so that's what I did. Spoke to Jamaal at North State, he and his crew were able to recommend and install a Jandy variable speed pump, which while a bit costlier up front, will save money on my electricity bill over the long haul. They had it ordered and Adam installed within a few days. Courteous, professional, friendly, and responsive, all at a very reasonable price. I will definitely call North State again if and when I need pool services. Thank you so much!
