Bathroom - Remodel
Excellent renovation job on our bathroom. The project required much more work due to hidden water damage but they handled it all and were very reasonable with the additional costs. Finished on time and were a pleasure to deal with.

Adam and Jay replaced a carpeted hallway and stairwell with wood flooring. The hallway was done with prefinished red oak. The stairwell was completed with dry fitting oak an stained to match the hallway. The work was done in a timely manner and with great attention to detail. Thank you Adam and Jay for a wonderful few days of renovation and sharing my birthday. The laughter in our house gave me great pleasure. We look forward to having you come back for other projects.

Basement - Remodel
I had them come take a look at my basement to see what they could do about making a bedroom and family room. Well, the idea's and conception of the dingy basement to a beautiful living area with a bedroom for my teenage daughter were incredible!! They transformed it into a thing of beauty all at a very reasonable cost. Adam is extremely cost conscious and will give you advice on the best way to go about getting the look you want for the best cost. You can't go wrong with them, and I plan on using them again soo.

Kitchen - Remodel
The though of remodeling my kitchen was a bit overwhelming to say the least so it was refreshing to hire Adam who not only listens well, but breaks down his process in a clear and precise manner. His communications skills are exceptional and his craftsmanship outstanding. Pricing was very reasonable and he actually suggested a few ideas that cut some cost tho not jeopardizing integrity or quality. He suggested installing a permanent table/counter with a mock-butcher block top-it looks fantastic! I feel VERY comforted that I've found a contractor who I'll keep using as projects come up!

Response from North Summit Builders, LLC
"I would like to apologize to this home owner, and any other in the past several months.I had an employee on sites that I had not done proper back ground check on before employing. Unfortunately, he was irresponsible. Craftsmanship was unreliable and inconsistent. I am in the process of fixing all relationships with current customers as well as this one. under no circumstances will this man or any other like him work for me again. Sincerely,I was able to take care of all the repairs requested by this home owner, with the exception of the damaged plants in the yard. I intent to provide him with complimentary landscaping in the spring, as a follow up on common courtesy. Adam (company owner)"

Excellent job replacing the roof. One side of the roof had severe water damage and required additional work. Still finished the work on time by working additional hours without any additional cost to us. He also re-flashed and re-pointed the chimney that looks very good, the clean up was done very well and in a timely manner.

Adam and everyone at North Summit Builders did an exceptional job from start to finish on our most recent home improvement project. All of the siding and windows were replaced and they worked right through some of the coldest weather we had this winter. Thanks again for a job well done!
