I gave Sam a 5 start rating the first time he came to my house. Then he installed a new inside, that has a warranty on it. My house has not cooled right, last year or this year. I would call him and he put freon in the unit, said there was a leak. I am 59 have asthma and raise a special needs Grandson. The last two weeks I have texted him over and over again, he give me a time he was coming and never showed up eventually he stopped responding to my text, when it was 87 in my house. Long story short, I called another company, came out, I did not need new wiring (copper) as Sam suggested, it had to do with the inside unit.. that HE put in and that HAS a warranty. Please tell me why I was 2 weeks in the heat because he said he was coming over, he misdiagnosed the problem, then the company that fixed it, was done in 45 minutes, and I had to pay THEM to do a job that SHOULD HAVE been taken care of by Sam. Do not get me wrong he is an amazing guy, but it does not matter to him if you sit in a house that does not get below 84.. and as high as 89 he just ignores your text messages or tells you he is coming then never shows up.
