About us
Please read entire description. We take great pride in our experience, expertise, quality, and customer service that we provide to meet the consumer's needs. It is our mission to provide excellent workmanship and complete customer satisfaction from start to completion of a project. In order to understand the needs and expectations of our customers, we take great care to work and communicate with every customer in a professional manner. Our reputation is based on service, safety, and quality, regardless of how large or small the job. IMPORTANT! We are not taking on soft sided pool customers. It's more expensive to install than what the soft sided pool cost. We do not work on gunite/concrete/fiberglass pools! Angi charges us for every lead. We can not take leads looking just for advise. We do not rebuild pools that we do not take down. We do not install old/used pools. Please be ready to purchase your pool package and installation before submitting the lead.

"Mrs. Wheelock, it is very disturbing that you do not tell the truth but accuse us of it instead. We aren?t arguing with you. You have been emailed several times explaining to you that you are holding up your refund that could have been processed a while back. We have processes that we follow and that has been explained to you as well. We require that completion forms are signed after jobs are done even for a service call. Example: it?s just like someone coming out and working on your AC unit and asking you to sign their form at the end or when FedEx delivers a package and needs your signature. It is standard practice whether you understand that or not. As for contractors or subcontractors?that is common practice as well. In our industry and in many other industries companies use contractors and subcontractors. Whether it?s in the pool industry, construction industry or even the auto industry?companies use contractors and subcontractors. Example: when I had satellite tv put in my home they sent someone out that wasn?t an employee but was instead contracted to do the work for them. Substitute teachers aren?t employees they are contracted. Construction companies contract concrete companies and pool companies? routinely use contracts and subcontractors for concrete, gunite, plaster, etc. The complaints from you and your husband regarding the concrete work that the contractors had done was taken seriously. We went to bat for you but that isn?t seen by you because that is between our office and the construction company. Nothing was hidden as it was stated that our contractors would be onsite to do the job when we did your onsite visit. Yes Mike W. commented on the reviews as a customer of the company as he does NOT own it. He was a customer of NTXPool and as a customer we sent a crew out and to install and deliver his product he paid for. Our crewmen did a great job, and he review their performance. Public record will show I own this business. You would have known that if you looked it up. Another lie is that we haven?t responded to your emails?we have responded each time. The issue is that you don?t like the answer given. The same answer each time?I will state it again here?when you sign the completion form your refund for the concrete work not done will be refunded to you. It is that simple. Lastly, we do not treat our customers as you have described. This review is a defamation of our character. This is a false statement and is slanderous. Again, you are holding up your refund. Once the form in its format is signed and sent back to us your refund will be processed."
