The job turned out to be a bit more complicated than anticipated, and it therefore took longer than planned. It was Friday evening, but both Kama and Brice continued working until the project was completed to their satisfaction (and mine). I can't say enough about their positive attitude and professional, Never once did I hear them complain about losing their Friday night.

Extra connection length was required no charge. Toilet caulked, perfect installation. All trash picked up and taken away. Great job.

Prompt...received same day service...The Owner came out personally to give the bid and by that afternoon I have a tech installing my new hot water heater... Just great service!!

The plumber on a PM call reported water was very hard, suggesting water softener issues. He could not address the issue for a week. I checked Home Advisor and got three names. North Valley Water Solutions was the only one who could respond quickly. Tech Cory arrived on time, did not mind me watching his process and cheerfully explained every step of his procedure. Cory was demonstrably well versed in operating the system, and quickly narrowed down the issue within the controller. He had the repair part in the van and had the softener operating properly 10 minutes later. Kudos well earned, I am pleased to report.

The owner personally came to assess the project and had a professional team out to do the job within hours! We have horse property and needed our water back on quickly, North Calley Water came through! The cost was reasonable for the work. I would definitely call them again.

Very timely with initial response,especially considering it was around 7 in the morning. Was able to take short break from work at about noon and when got home they were done and gone !!
