It was a pleasure working with Northwest General Contracting. The work was outstanding. Eric, the main worker, really knows his business. He did everything to include demolition, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, tile work and more. His assistant, Ariel, was a great help, retrieving materials, cutting tile and wood, and assisting Eric. Both made a great team and my wife and I were very happy to work with them. We were very satisfied with the outcome and the quality of their work.

Alex and team did a great job repairing the dry wall in our finished basement. We had some water damage happen a few months ago, and once we got it dried out, Alex and team came by and installed new dry wall, textured, primed and painted the affected areas. They also installed baseboards and a new wax ring under our toilet. Working with Alex was fantastic, he was responsive and quick to reply. Also shceduling with him was quite easy and seamless.. Would highly recommend Alex and NW General Contracting.

Alex and his team were very helpful during the process. They provided lots of insight as well as professional options. My wife and I are very happy with the work these guys did. We will definitely use them again

Alex and his team did a wonderful job, very reliable and his expertise helped us with our decision making. We wanted to convert the room of my son into a kitchen when he moved out, and Alex and his team make my dreams come true.

Alex and his crew worked on my home, they painted the exterior of my home and did an amazing job! They did this affordability and in and in a timely manner. He always stayed in contact and kept me updated on the progress. I would most definitely recommend them and hire Alex and his crew for future work!

Alex and his guys were very professional and punctual, any concerns I had were taken care of immediately. They got more done on the first day than I thought possible they finished on time and in spec. I would recommend them for all your home projects

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! They are untrustworthy and the work was sub-standard! We had so many issues after they were *done* that it took a while to write this review for fear they wont fix issues that come up, but they reused to fix the problems anyway, so here is my review. The owner Alex stated he would be here every day to work on our kitchen remodel. Not true. He had another person lead the job that had never been in charge of a project before. Alex was hardly ever on site and was very late or did not even show up for most appointments we made with him to fix each issue as the project proceeded. In fact, Alex would tell me one thing and then tell my husband a completely different story. We got new counter tops, but the first one installed was the wrong stone. (installed brown and ours is gray) Alex knew it was not right but installed it anyway and then asked how we liked it. Well, we did not like it at all was not what we picked out. He said, I knew it was the wrong one, but we already cut it. After he got the right one, they cut the stove insert hole too big and left a 1-inch gap. ALEX SAID, WE CAN JUST CAULK THAT AND IT WILL BE FINE! WHAT!?! Caulk is their answer to everything. Then he actually asked us to pay more since he lost money on the first two counter-tops. Not my problem, you should not have cut the wrong stone and then not measured the 2nd. The people he hired to cut the counters were rude and condescending to me as a woman and left their garbage and razor blade yes razor blades and sharp pieces of granite in my front yard where my children play. They put in new laminate floors but had to pull them up twice to fix leveling issues and the scratches they left all over by dragging the fridge across it. A couple months after the job was over, we had several more issues with the floor including severe bowing in two areas. They sent Chris out to look at it and he said he thought this would happen because of how they did some of the repairs and it was not right. They would have to replace about 120 sqt of flooring. After avoiding us for weeks, Alex finally showed up with only 45 sqft and left it on our porch. After repeated follow up calls and texts, Alex finally texted back and said, *you know I am going to charge you to fix that floor, right?* We said, *to fix the mistake that you made on the floor? Yes, he replied. I said no way are we paying you more money to fix YOUR mistakes. He has not called us in several months. We recently had one of the top cabinets start to move and sag, I am afraid that one day they will all come down. Overall, Alex is untrustworthy, he will cut corners, has not stood by his word to fix anything they did incorrectly and brought in subcontractors that are just as shady as he is. Do not use this crew! If you do be sure you pay attention to what is being done as I am sure they are working to cut corners.

Great job for kitchen and full bathroom

We had NW General do a kitchen remodel which included complete gut demolition, new wiring, insulation, hard wood floors matching existing floors, new lighting, Appliances and cabinet install and back splash. They started on time and were very flexible to minor changes along the way. We had to rewire because the house was old and the existing wire was a spaghetti mess. We discussed it and they had an experienced and license electrician out the next day removing the old and pulling new wire. The quality of their work was excellent and priced very reasonably. We are glad we chose NW General Contracting and have recommended them to a neighbor for her bath remodel. We have another project to do and will use them again.

Great communication by all staff. On time everyday, finished under estimate time frame. Alex, Danny and crew were amazing workers. I will use them again when projects arise.

Alex and his crew did a wonderful job at the end. Much like all other remodels there were problems, but he did his best to correct the issues immediately.

As someone who pays attention to detail, I can say that Alex and his team are very thorough and work to make sure everything is perfect. Everything was up to my standards.

Alex and his crew answered all our questions, they explained why something would or wouldn t work and made suggestions as needed, and they completed the work in the time they said they would. We love our new kitchen and window! Will definitely hire them again in the future.

This team is the best at coming up with solutions to make any space better. After reading some good reviews I gave them a call, and can say they re great at what they do.

I needed a reliable team to remodel my kitchen efficiently, and NW General Contracting were the perfect ones for the job. You get exactly what you ask for, and I had no complaints whatsoever. They were always on time and made good use of their time. Overall, great value for a great price. Will be calling them for future projects.

Highly recommend Alex and his team. I was not sure about the plan I wanted for my bathroom, but they came up with great suggestions and ideas. I am so glad I chose them, they are responsible and finished even before the expected date.

Our experience with Rodolfo and his crew started off poor, but got better by the end. The initial demo went fine, but floor installation was performed by an apprentice, with several mistakes. These were fixed, and the project moved forward. The subcontractor who installed the countertops initially made a mistake, but this too was corrected. Cabinet installation and baseboards were done very well. Plumbing and electrical mods were all performed well. The project lasted about three weeks total, and we are very happy with the final result.

Alex was the manager for my kitchen remodel. He worked well with me to find exactly what I wanted as far as cabinets, flooring, and countertops. Chris did most of the work of putting the kitchen back together. No matter what came up he was able to fix it. He stayed late to get my kitchen done quickly for many days and even weekends. The whole team are all good workers! Everyone was friendly and helpful. No question was left unanswered. I would and do plan to use these people again when it comes time for my bathroom remodel!

Poor communication, did not finish work, very messy and careless. Took over 7 weeks on a 3 week estimated time frame for kitchen and bathroom update, no walkthrough when finished and did not return to fix several items found after payment. Said they would take care of these items but either had excuses or just did not show up when they said they would for 3 weeks. Gave up on them and will have to have their work finished by someone else.

The hardwood floors was poor quality work.
