Have a laptop computer our daughter uses for school and the sound stopped working. Ben arrived on time and got to work right away. He kept us updated on what he doing, what he was finding, options to resolve or mitigate the issue and also cleaned up the computer to help it's performance. The cost was what he quoted and no issue with trying to sell anything that was not needed. He recommended a couple items so we could have some sound restored and we have ordered those from an electronics store. Will know in a couple days after they are installed if the issue is resolved so our daughter's computer has sound again. Very happy with the service provided.
