For the past 30 years I've used a different tree service company. In the past three years I've contacted them for work I'd like to have done, they've expressed interest in doing the work, and then never showed up. NWI came to review what I wanted and then quoted a price for the work the day after I'd contacted them, then scheduled the work to be done the following week, showed up as promised and completed the job in the time they said they'd do it. I'd definitely contact them for tree service work in the future.

The crew showed up on time with a full complement of equipment necessary to do the job. They respectfully communicated with the neighbors about factors associated with the job. Then they did a thorough, efficient job in a timely manner. Finally, the clean-up was top quality. They took down a half dozen trees (yes, all Ash unfortunately). Afterwards, the clean-up was no worse for me than if a moderate storm had gone through---just a few small branches. They did a great job of protecting the lawn too, especially considering the size of the tree removal equipment.

They did an outstanding job when they removed our tree that had ash borer disease. They cut it down and removed all of the debris in approximately 2hours. I highly recommend them. Patti Larson

NWI has been a great service for our wooded acreage. Whether it's cutting down large oaks that have succumbed to wilt, or keeping things trimmed around the house and out buildings, they have the expertise and tools to get the job done quickly and efficiently. Great to work with and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a professional tree service in the East Metro or Western WI. Always great service before, during and after the job!

The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful! From the people who called to schedule, to the initial consultant and certainly the teams who completed the job. There was a need to add another day to complete the job due to the size and complexity of the work. They were great coordinating with me and my neighbor (unexpectedly due to the tree size) and brought in additional equipment to finish the job. Clean up was perfect!! They followed the request to leave wood for the fire pit, and even cut it all up into the perfect length. Thank you to Tim and the crew for trimming our 3 giant red oaks!!
