At first, I thought that they were wonderful. They came up to view the porch and to assess what needed to be done. They were 45 minutes late to the meeting but had reached out to let me know that they were stuck in traffic. We met and agreed on a cost estimate and a timeframe for the work to be completed. I paid them for the first half of the work and they said that they would be back to do the work on Monday. On Sunday, I received a phone call saying that they were on their way to my house to get started. They showed up and did the demo work. Once they had completed the demo work we had found that there was more to be done than expected. It was not a big surprise, the house is 100 years old. We went through what the additional work would entail and I gave them a check for the remainder of the work (dated for the day the work was to be completed) because I was going to be at work when they finished and I wanted them to be paid promptly. I came home Monday expecting the porch ceiling to be complete and the porch power washed so that they could paint the following day. Instead I found half finished and half baked work. They had gone off with friends and had come back to my home to pick up one of their trucks. I asked them about the remaining work and was told that they needed to complete a drywall job at another site. The exterior work was only temporary because it was supposed to rain. But they would be back at the end of the week to finish the job. That was 3 weeks ago. I was ok with things taking longer than expected. I respected their commitments to other clients. I was disappointed with their lack of communication. The only information or updates on the situation that I received from them was when I texted them for information. I have given them close to $3000 dollars for them to fix my porch ceiling, correct the damage to the porch light wiring, power wash and paint my porch. What I have received is a couple of hundred dollars worth of supplies, some demo work and a lot of excuses. I am having to take the next several days off to see if I can complete the work myself. The owner, Tyler Hall, seemed like a nice and honest guy. I selected him to expand and replace my small deck that comes off my screened in back porch. I paid him in full the afternoon he worked on it. He didnâ t finish the job! He said he would come back in three weeks to finish and install a railing around the outside of the deck. He told me the wood was on backorder. Understandable. The center of the deck bounced in several places and he told me it was due to the treated wood still being wet. After several weeks, the floor of the deck still bounces; making it unsafe, incapable of supporting weight, and a huge liability. It obviously needs more support under the wood planks. I called and asked him to fix it when he comes back to install the railing. He said he would. Well, he has never returned to complete the project. Iâ ve called him several times. He doesnâ t answer his phone or return voice messages. Itâ s been seven weeks now.

Northcutts Tree and landscaping service came out to our house and did a total back yard transformation. The gentlemen was very honest. The work that was performed was 10/10 perfect. I would recommend them.

He refurbished my deck. After a month, there are already 3 loose planks. When he did it, he lined up all of the planks instead of staggering them like a true professional would. He was supposed to also install vinyl flooring in a room and replace a missing piece of fascia. He never completed these 2 items. After I paid him, I have not heard from him since. He does not answer his phone, respond to voice mails or text messages. Now, I am going to have to hire someone else to complete the tasks that he did not. I will send him a bill for what it costs to get the work finished, but will probably end up in court. DO NOT TRUST HIM!

I was very impressed by the great attitude of this company.They were eager to please. And true to their word on pricing and costs. They worked with the family to make it like they wanted. I would tell others about them. Over all I was pleased with them.

They did a great job installing curbing and laying down some landscaping rocks. Super fast and affordable. I would highly recommend and will be using them again for future projects.

The gentleman was courteous and considerate. He made sure what he was going to do was what I wanted. His work was professional. He let me know what could go wrong. He was timely. He was clean.
