The repairman was very knowledgeable. Diagnosed the problem quickly and ordered the necessary part. Once the part was in he came back and replaced the part and I was back to doing laundry.

I called Northeast Appliance Pros on a Monday afternoon and they arrived Tuesday morning. They ordered the part they needed and installed it Wednesday. Much less expensive than I anticipated and the customer service was excellent. I am a landlord and was not present at the house, but they kept me up to date on everything that was happening and allowed me to pay via phone. Very professional. I would highly recommend them.
