Friendly, knowledgeable. Came to home twice. Once for estimate and again to do the work. Called both times to say they would be late. First visit 1.5 hours late. Second visit an hour late.

Scott has been so professional. Although I never met him in person he did everything he said he would do, sent estimate on time, came to work on time, answered all my emails and calls. I have had horrible experience with contractors hired in Craigslist, I am so glad I found him. His high star reviews speak for themselves.

The original exterior wood door (dated 1930's) suffered a crack to the wood surrounding beveled glass and needed repair. Stephanie & Scott did an amazing job at, not just the delicate repairs on the wood door, but to other "issues" I had with my exterior screen door. Will absolutely hire them for other projects!
