Rich & Gary are both great. These guys are honest, and quick to come out. I can't recommend them enough. I had some other guys tell me that my heat exchanger was cracked. Tried to get me to install new furnace. Not only did Rich check and tell me that the exchanger was still under warranty, but his partner Gary came out and confirmed that it was just a bad gasket! In the spring we're going revisit installing a heat pump. And Rich and Gary are our HVAC guys for life! I left the original review 2 years ago. It's Jan 2025. Yesterday I called their office because a friend of mine smelled gas in my basement. They sent Reese out to my house to check for a leak. Reese, like the rest of the staff was friendly, personable, skilled and patient. He quickly identified and fixed the leak. Can't say enough about the owners and their staff. Looking forward to hiring them to install heat pump in the near future.
