I was having carpenter bee issues and Tom came out to my home the next day after I spoke to him. He showed up on time, did his job and was very professional throughout. It has been a litle over a week since he sprayed my deck and foundation and I have not had any pest issues to speak of.

Tom is very professional, on time and very quick. He came the same day that we post an ad that we looking for somebody. He got rid of wasps in the attic and had no problem with checking other parts of the house that we were concern about. Great service.

Answered the phone when I called, set up an appointment quickly, gave me a reasonable estimate, showed up on time and did the jiob. Can't ask for much more.

The representative from Northeast Home Services showed up at the scheduled appointment time. He explained the process he would be doing and performed them as explained. The issue was a yellow jacket nest in the attic resulting in the bees eating a hole through the ceiling into one of the upstairs rooms. The bees are gone hopefully not to return, but if I needed an exterminator again I would definitely give them a call.

Northeast Home Service came out during the time alloted for the appointment. The Gentleman was very polite and answered every single question I had, treated the problem, and scheduled the neccessary follow up appointment.

I received a call, a visit and an estimate the same day I submitted the request. I setup the service and have had the first mow.
