*Even after they come in person to check the place before putting a price, they charge you more than the estimate given, saying that a simple 2 bedroom 750 square feet place was messier than they initially thought. *I HAD to ask them to clean windows, refrigerator, kitchen cabinets (which they think were all done with) and after all this they leave the microwave unclean saying that they thought it was not part of the house. Range was still not clean, hood was still messy... when I politely requested them to complete the unfinished job, they wanted to charge more and hung up on me. I do not like putting in negative reviews but it was a BAD experience.

While I haven't met them personally, they were there as scheduled and kept me updated on completion. Neighbors reported they were there quite a while cleaning and I was quite pleased with the results.

Karen was very responsive to my request. I had a last minute cleaning job and she was able to accommodate my time frame. Her team worked very hard and fast. The house is a rental property and it has never been this clean in the time we have owned it. I will definitely hire them again!

They did a great job cleaning. They showed up on time and finished the job early. The only complaint I have is that it is pricey compared to what my neighbors are paying to have their homes cleaned.
