They did a great job only two charges I didn't expect for drilling two holes that I wasn't told before hand at $140 but he took $50 off which was ok I'll recommend them but just get all cost up front

Felix was professional, competent and polite. Due to the structure of our older house, the door installations took longer than estimated, but he held to his labor estimate. The doors he hung look fantastic and he cleaned up well after himself - which isnt always the case with contractors. The reason I gave him a 4.5 for customer service (instead of a 5.0) is because the cat door he purchased and installed is different than the one I asked him to buy (one weve used successfully in the past). And since our cat weighs only 7lbs. he is having trouble using the heavier door designed for cats up to 25lbs. I;ll find a work-around. So having said that - Felix comes highly recommended. Dont hesitate to hire him. Thank you Felix!
