This was a new fence installation arranged through HomeAdvisor. We agreed to a $4k project for 150 feet or so of fencing and a gate (if this seems a little high you are on the right track, and that is not the beginning of it). Ndreke had come right out to the property recommended from HomeAdvisor and gave a quote which was quite high but we were under the impression it covered everything as part of a package through the service. Being under a time constraint and remodeling a house during the winter, we relied on this to have the exterior fence taken care of, including a gate across a single car pull around the driveway. We were moving in with a dog and doing renovations for over one month. What ensued thereafter was nonstop haggling and negotiating add-ons- what went from approximately 150 feet of fencing, which was just a straight line to the woods, and a gate turned into over double the cost. Adding 30 feet of fence along the other side of the house for a viewpoint of symmetry somehow increased the cost 50 percent. (+2500). Mind you this was basic stockade pressure treated fence paneling. At the time I just wanted something done quick, so avoided PVC or cedar, but if I knew the workmanship of these guys I would have chosen something else! It fell apart on almost every section and post after 3 months, then getting worse during the COVID shutdown. We needed a gate and thought it to match the wood would look great. They were more than happy to build it. What I did not need was a $2000 tongue and groove paneled gate, which at only 3 feet tall, is too heavy to even stay on the hinges and swing open. So from December to March not only did the gate bend over in half, to the point we had to blockade it with cinder blocks to avoid the dog getting out each day, but half of the posts bent over. I could move them back and forth with my hand! I can not imagine how these were filled with concrete. They were so loose that the panels started to pop off. My last comment is that the 4x4 posts have bent and twisted incredibly. I understand this is possible with wood, but not to this extent, and not within 3 months. As they were not installed well, the sagging weight only made it worse. I had to go out afterward and clean up all the clay and asphalt which the installers left behind. What a mess and the only saving grace is I ended up putting dirt over it because there were 8-12 inch gaps under the fence and the dog could get out. What is unfortunate is if my neighbor notices infinite chips of cement and driveway pieces in her shrubs this summer! I will conclude with the fact Ndreke would get back to me in spring as my wife and I messaged him weekly. We understand work was on hold because of the pandemic and shutdown. So it was nice of him to continue to respond, but once things were reopening we would have expected someone to come by. Well after several more calls they did. However, rather than fixing everything they bolted crooked posts and poured more cement into those leaning and twisted. So after all that, I now have a crooked, leaning fence each direction per panel, on simply a straight run down the side of my property. One that cost almost double several other quotes from guys who have done work here so far this summer. And that does not even include the gate. Not to mention it got dinged bad while off the hinges. Did they fix that at all while here?- NO, so now it is a gate back to working but with cracks and chips and too heavy. This was not beneficial, nor cheap.

Andrew and his team were super professional. They worked 6-7 days a week until the job was finished. They remodeled our basement bar and kitchen, installed floors and cabinets, and painted. His price was very reasonable and was excellent quality and was always available to answer my questions. I couldn't ask for more.

Andre did a great job of power washing my patio and putting new polymeric sand in the joints. Highly recommend.

Andre, and his crew did am amazing job again! They installed new windows, and a new front door. The work was done in a timely manor they were here first thing in the morning, and put a full days work in. They have done many jobs in our home. I wouldn't even consider hiring someone else I know they'll do a fabulous job. Thrilled we found them! Nice people , and very professional.

Very professional and accommodating. All work was done per schedule and with good worksmanship. Owner stayed in touch with his staff and myself throughout the installation. Even went out of his way to fix some plumbing issues. Overall very good contractor and will work to your satisfaction.

I hired this company about a year ago. They were very kind, accommodating and finished the job in a timely manner. I paid them to repair cracks in ceiling and walls, install crown molding and chair railing. When they finished it was perfect, looked very professional. Months later the cracks started to come back, paint pealing, crown molding loosening up and now you can see every spot where the crown molding and chair railing was glued because it?s no longer even. He came back and I showed him how it was all falling apart and he said it was because of the temperature. I thought that was totally insane. But he was willing to fix it. But I haven?t heard from him and he?s not returning my calls and emails. So I?m hiring someone else to fix what he didn?t want to do. What a waste. I?m reading all these reviews and wondering if all these great reviews would be the same 9-12 months after he?s finished.

I hired Andre, and his team to paint the interior of home we just purchased they painted trim, ceilings , stairs, hallways, and walls. Andre thoroughly went through the house making repairs as needed. The end result was amazing! He and his team were wonderful to work with. You will not be disappointed if you hire him

I hired Andre and his team to paint living room walls, trim and ceiling, as well as a hallway and stairway, and to repair two large holes in the stairway wall. They helped my daughter with color selection and came quickly to do the work before the holiday, working three full days. The walls were in rough shape in the 65-year old house, with a lot of cracks and chips that needed to be prepped first before they could be painted, and my daughter is delighted, saying it looks like brand-new. We will be hiring them again for additional work as we gradually get this sadly-neglected place in shape.

At the beginning of the project, some issues came up, but Andre(the owner) was able to correct them. If you hire this business, make sure you deal with the owner directly.

I went by all the great recommendations, unfortunately I did not have the same experience. Did not show up, when scheduled.I had to call them and they started the next day. The son came out to do the work, with two other people. Unfortunately, didn't really seem to care, was only interested in finishing within his time frame. Had to follow him around to point out imperfections.As part of the quote, they were to fix imperfections on the walls, such as crack's holes etc., did not do, left many imperfections on the wall.

Andre kept his word and did a good job at a fair price. He was available quickly to get our project completed in just a few days. He was also invaluable in helping us accomplish other projects in the home.

Andre and his team did a great job. They painted an upstairs apartment for me in about 3 days.( 6 rooms) They were clean and accommodating especially with our time frame.

I needed to have some inside painting done a renovated house. Ndreke (sounds like Andre) was great at accommodating me. He was reasonable in his quote, came when scheduled, completed the project as scheduled (even when fitting me in), answered all my questions and even called to follow up after done. I was very happy with this group. Will definitely use them again.

Andre is very professional and accommodating. He goes above and beyond to make sure your project is more than you envisioned. He doesn’t do half finished work. He thinks about the long term value of what he is doing and how it will benefit you... not just a check. He thorough and did a wonderful job with my kitchen.
