I hired Tom to treat some mold and rebuild after water damage on July 2023 expecting it to be finished by the end of the year. Unfortunately, he was unable to complete the project, and despite multiple attempts to resolve the situation, Tom still owe me $4,0000 as I had prepay him for the rebuild work. Communication was inconsistent, and deadlines were missed repeatedly. While I understand that challenges can arise during projects, the lack of accountability and unresolved financial matters have made this a frustrating experience. I cannot recommend Northeast Water Remediation based on my experience.

NE Water cleaned up our basement after a sewer pipe burst. Tom, Natalie, Adam and their team made our house whole and safe again in no time. Extremely professional and informative about the process and dealing our insurance company. Tom made sure we got everything we were entitled to. Highly recommend them. Cheers!

"Tiao called me stating he had sewage backup up into his basement. Within an hour we had a plumber arrive and clear his main drain. I assessed the basement to make sure mold would not grow. We achieved our goal, by setting up the proper equipment to dry the basement. His tenants were safe and happy. Tiaos investment was protected. GREAT JOB."

We were concerned about mold growth after a water leak, and Tom gave us full confidence that he would be able to resolve the issue. His customer service was great, and he was very responsive. His work was very thorough - he did a full assessment of the damage prior to proceeding, and after the work was done, he was sure to do a second assessment to make sure that all of the water was gone. He explained every step in the process, and we were very satisfied with the results.
