Different kind of window washing. Does not use squeegee on the outside of windows just running water. Not supposed to leave spots, but did in a couple of places and especially on one window. Dripped water on the floor that I needed to clean up.

Edgar was very good about communicating with times and estimates. The crew did a very good job. HOWEVER , they showed up 2 1/2 hours later than the 8:30 am time scheduled. When I called Edgar was very apologetic and called the crew and got back to me, which I had to call 2x both times being told they were 20-40 minutes away.
