Came out same day to open a safe that I lost a key for. Was quick, clean and quoted a price on site.

Joe was personable and took time to explain to me all of the options (keyless lock system). He came according to my schedule and was very skilled at installation. Highly recommend.

I asked the locksmith to open my safe. They drilled the door, and opened the door; after which they installed a new locking mechanism and combination. Their work was professional and they fixed my problem in just a few hours. I would highly recommend this company.

I was traveling at the time and had locked my petsitter out of the house. I reached the locksmith at 5pm on a Saturday evening and he went to my house within the hour and had the lock changed, billed me and paid by phone. He made the whole experience very managable!

Very good work

I called NE Security Safe & Lock after I purchased my new home. I had procrastinated for a few weeks so I was very anxious to finally get the locks changed. Joe and Caesar came out the same day and could not have been more professional. They were very punctual and took their time to explain all of my options and the different pricing. I ended up having all new hardware installed that night. They worked quickly and cleaned up when they were done. They were both very friendly. I couldn't have been happier with the experience.
