Northern provided me with technical information and gave me solid information that made me feel informed. Herb was honest throughout the whole process and showed up early and on time. They did not try to up-sell me and came in under budget. They replaced my entire unit in a day and now my home is nice and cool.

Herb, was very responsive easy to work with and honest. A previous contractor told me the compressor was shot and the whole unit which was only 7 years old had to be replaced. Herb diagnosed that it was just a relay. A couple hundred dollars 60 minutes later I was back up and running. Consequently, I hired them to be my ongoing service provider for twice per year servicing & preventative maintenance both of my two zone air conditioning units.
