I would never hire them. I would never recommend them. This puts a black eye on HomeAdvisor. They grossly overcharge. If they have to run for parts, I find it unrealistic to charge $125 per hour.

Wood Stairs and Railings - Install or Replace
Corey did an absolutely magnificent job on the stairs, railing and trim in the garage. Actually, the stairs are overbuilt for the purpose. Both Regina and Corey had excellent communication and were very personable, listened well to needs and followed all instructions. Although the project was quite costly, the results couldn't have been better. Would heartily recommend this company.

I was in the process of selling a house and found out that we would have to have a new deck installed immediately before the closing date. We found Northern Colorado Residential Services and Cory could not have been more helpful or professional. Despite being a somewhat difficult customer, Cory bent over backwards to meet our tight time constraints and to work with our budget. Id highly recommend this company to anyone in need of home improvement work. Their customer service is outstanding.
