About us
Northern Exteriors Co., Inc. has been in the home improvement business since 1958. We carry workman's compensation, liability insurance, and our craftsmanship is second to none. We here at Northern offer something never seen in the construction industry, a LIFETIME warranty on our labor! Our work entails: job supervision by an owner every 3-5 days, our windows carry a LIFETIME warranty, and the jobsite is thoroughly cleaned and trash is hauled away. When we start a job, we stay on it until it is completed within a reasonable amount of time. We are members of the Kalkaska, Gaylord, and Grand Traverse chamber of commerce. We are also members of the North Central Michigan Home Builders Association. All of our work is repeat or referral from satisfied customers. We warranty all of our labor with the exception of roofing for life! Our roofing carries a 12 year warranty!
