The day we talked to NIW, someone came out to give us an estimate. I hired them on the spot, and they did the work within a day or two. Very respectful of our home and belongings, fine job on the windows!

Had all my windows tinted but they ran out of film with 2 left..They told me they would have to schedule a return visit to finish. After talking to their boss they were told to pick up some more at a local supply store so that they could finish the job that day. Job completed about an hour later. Now that is great customer service.

Window Cleaning
Very nice, courteous, took their shoes off inside and did a great job. We had all the windows inside and out and all the screens washed. I would use them again and I would recommend them to friends!!

They did a great job, windows cleaned inside and out. The only disappointment was they did not wipe the wood window sills framing the windows. Guess it is not considered part of the window. they were very polite and efficient!

I was alittle disappointed that they didn't clean the tracks..It took them 45 minutes to clean the windows and then they were gone...$130.....Bill the owner was very nice...One complaint is "too many e-mails" before & after the service...
