Very timely pickup of items that we were getting rid of. Garrett was very professional. We had our estimate for cost of removal before they arrived to take items. Not all removal services will give you an estimate in advance. We will use this service again in the future.

Poor customer service. Late for the job, had to leave early, job was not completed, service was paid for. Will not return phone calls to set up time to finish job.

He was on time for the pick up and the transaction was easy. But it was difficult to get replies to texts. Good work but needs to work on customer service.

OUTSTANDING!!! I called them Monday at noon, and Garrett and Tristan came at 7:15 p.m. ON THE SAME DAY!!!! I had a huge oak entertainment center that was built for a 32" old tube TV plus a lot of storage for VHS tapes, books, etc. They removed it, plus a downstairs " 1991 27" TV in a furniture type cabinet. They also removed one full size mattress and box springs, and moved another set from downstairs to an upstairs bed. They were VERY CAREFUL!! Professional in every way. Getting the downstairs items out required going out the patio door downstairs, lugging them up a pretty steep slope to get to my front door on the side of my condo. They had to work extremely hard. These young men were friendly and courteous, and I am already planning ahead to get rid of more junk. The price was extremely reasonable. I plan on using them whenever I have need of their services.
