They did a great job and the wall looks great.

Very poor service. Scheduled weekly mowing service. We had to call several times before they actually remembered to come; The first time they mowed, they hit our deck post; Placed several calls after that as we went on vacation and saw the grass hadn't been cut in two weeks...never received a phone call back. Would not recommend.

I have not utilized their services yet. My initial impression is good. Jeff was very responsive and his estimate for landschaping services was reasonable. I will complete another survey once he starts the work.

I selected this company for this project. The other guy had great promises and rates but in the end, responsiveness is key. I was going to set up a contract with the other contractor but I sent emails and left voice mails on his cell phone and home answering machine and then I finally got an Email almost a week later. That's not a good sign of commitment. In my business it is unprofessional if you do not respond to an email or voicemail in over 24hrs. Let alone a week.

Pleasure to work with. Promptly returned calls and showed up for appointments on time when others didn't even show up. Price was well within budget and they did a quality job. I highly recommend them.

There was a small part of the yard that was missed in spring clean up, I asked if they'd come back and catch it up, was very pleased and surprised when they did, There's fewer and fewer folks who take pride in their work, Northern Pines was exceptional, thanks Jeff !
