Scott does excellent work. Today installed a faucet and a garbage disposal. He also provided all the details of what needed to be done, gave great customer service and a fair price Northern Plumbing is excellent.

I ve seen few contractors go the extra mile like these guys. The repair was much more complex than expected but Northern Plumbing kept attacking the issue from a few different ways until it was fixed. And despite the extra work, they honored their original quote. They also recently gave me a great quote on another job.

Installed a new watwmer heater and fixed a toulat. Great customer service and exceptional work and pride in providing quality. Provided alternatves for another job so I could match approach to my budget. My ne plumber! Will recommend highly.

Scott & Ike did a great job replacing my water heater and a couple of shut-off valves. They explained all of their recommendations and answered all my questions. They were also very patient in coordinating with my building to shut off the water to my unit, even though that proved challenging. I also appreciated that Scott has a drywall guy he works with that was able to patch everything up from one of the valve replacements on the same day. I would definitely use them for other jobs and recommend them to others.

We had a very unpleasant surprise in our basement on a Saturday afternoon. The drain in our laundry room had backed up. Raw sewage EVERYWHERE. Just awful. I did some poking around and found Scott's company. He was at our house to assess the situation that afternoon. We had hoped for an easy fix, a clog or something... but no. It was gonna be a doozy. He and his crew showed up on SUNDAY morning with their backhoe to dig an 8x6 1/2' trench to access my pipes. Turns out, it had been installed incorrectly by a previous homeowner and the pipe had collapsed and shattered. His (awesome) crew replaced the section of pipe, carefully filled in the hole, replanted my misplaced plants, and reseeded my grass. Everything was fantastic. Until it wasn't... We had another backup about a week later. He came by to find out WHAT was going on. Upon snaking the drain about 90' all the way to the street (after having to go to his house to get more footage of snake), he encountered a HUGE clog of whatever. He cleared it. Was it something that could have been caught the first time? Eh... maybe. The crew found a HUGE issue and fixed it. They did what they thought they needed to do. Scott came back and spent FOUR hours (on his own dime) making sure that the job was done. Done correctly. He stood by his own work, and he stood by the work of his crew. I give huge kudos and props to anyone with the work ethic that he shows. We have a plumber for life. Highly suggest you give him a shot.

Scott is now our go-to plumber. He is communicative, professional, efficient, and punctual. His price point for services is very reasonable, includes parts, and comes with a 1-year warranty. Hopefully we don't need any plumbing services in the near future, but we'll certainly reach out to Northern Plumbing if we do.

Excellent customer service. I needed a new hot water heater in my condo and due to the location it was a really difficult install. Scott was really great about it and handled everything that it was needed with no fuss. I had several other people come out and just not respond after seeing the job so to have Scott not only be willing to do the work but also provide it in a reasonable estimate and better yet, stuck to it! Have already recommended him and will continue to do so.

Scott is a true professional and expert in all areas of plumbing. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right and was always there to answer any of my questions, provide recommendations and options on products. I hired Scott after 2 other plumbers came out to #1 assess the toilet/plumbing in the master bathroom where a toilet overflowed and caused water damage throughout 2 floors of my townhouse and #2 to assess a separate issue with another toilet that had a low bowl level. The first two plumbers (not hired through Home Advisor) left me with no clear answers and a $600 bill, so I hired Scott to come out and take a look to provide a second opinion on both issues. He quickly assessed the cause of the initial flood and clearly explained the underlying damage to the tile flooring. As for the second and unrelated issue of the low bowl water level, after taking a quick look and running a couple tests, he discovered a small fracture in the porcelain that was the most likely cause of the issue. He provided his recommendations and options for replacing the toilet, and by the next day, I had a new toilet installed. His work and attention to detail was excellent. He was prompt and more than fair on price. I highly recommend Scott to anyone who needs a true professional and expert in plumbing.

Scott does great work and offers very helpful advice. He also fixed several other issues while he was here to give us the free estimate, without charging us anything. So in fact, while we thought we had 3 jobs, we only ended up paying for one, because Scott simply took care of the other small issues without charging us anything. If we ever have plumbing needs in the future, we would definitely go to Northern Plumbing.
