Carpentry Framing - Install
DO NOT HIRE ANDREW TOTH. I hired CWB Contracting to frame our basement walls. They did not follow code, did not install treated wood along the cement floor, and did not float the walls. The framing was crooked and unstable in at least three places. CWB was bad about communicating and tried to increase my project cost after we had agreed on a price. I had a different contractor out to install the drywall and because the framing was not done to code, he had to demo the job and re-install correctly. CWB Contracting is unwilling to work with me to make this right and refund my money for the work he did wrong. BEWARE!
