Jeff and team very professional and courteous. Made process very easy.

Jeff and his installers did a great job installing the blown in insulation at my home. I could not believe the difference it made in both the summer and winter. Jeff was even kind enough to work out a deal with my neighbors when we ran into a unique situation with a shared attic space typical in Old Town. They guy that came in and performed the work were clean and friendly. They were in and out in just a few hours, and they did a great job cleaning up after the job was done, you never would have known they were there. One issue is that Jeff can be difficult to reach by phone when you want to talk to him, and is not the best at calling back. I will say he is responsive by text and email, but some things need to be discussed by voice. Over all the insulation job was well done.

Start to finish all contact was smooth, efficient, pleasant and successful. I have referred them to friends.

Highly professional, excellent price

The staff was on time and finished early, leaving the work area vacuumed and put back together. Jeff and David were easy to work with. All in all, it was a seamless transaction.

I’m writing this review because not only did we receive the worst customer service but the quality of work performed was unacceptable and the corrections to this work have not been completed to this day. Jeff has continuously lied and given us the run around. A contract was signed in January for new windows, siding and roof. Jeff continuously blamed the weather for the reason this job had taken so long but upon talking to the installers of our siding (which didn’t take place until June) he never even scheduled our job until the day prior to them showing up. The installers for the siding attached their scaffolding into the brand new shingles on the roof. They completely destroyed our bushes by hacking them to pieces without our permission and then dumping the branches behind a tree in our yard. One gentlemen was caught peeing behind our garage. The window installers did not replacing the framing under our sunroom windows. And the installation of our siding although promised to be completed weeks prior began the day I went into the hospital to deliver my baby and continued through the first week of us bringing her home. The installers threw away our shutters at the direction of Jeff without consulting us. Jeff came out after we complained about the various problems we had and told us he’d replace the shutters, our 9 bushes that were hacked to pieces, the roof shingles that they destroyed and the window frame. As a “courtesy” he put siding on the top of our garage. As of today we are still waiting on shutters and the fix to our roof. Jeff continues to lie and tell us that someone will come the following week (his famous go to thing to say) or just ignores our inquiries altogether. This process has taken 9 months and still is not complete. As others have mentioned Jeff Is especially responsive for payment but ignores all other inquiries or concerns. I would never recommend this business to anyone and I guess they may come and finish this job before the end of the year although we won’t hold our breath.

I hired ECO to replace 30 double hung and 2 picture windows. At contract signing I was told that the windows would be available in 3 to 4 weeks. At 8 weeks I emailed and called Jeff Fine to determine the status. He does not return calls or email. Fortunately the installer does understand customer service and I was eventually able to find out when the windows would be installed. On installation day the crew showed up with 29 double hung windows - one was lost in shipping. And, one of the picture windows was the wrong size. The installation crew did an excellent job removing the old windows and placing the new ones. But I had to wait several weeks for the missing double hung and picture window. On the second install the replacement picture window was again the wrong size. The factory corrected that and a third attempt was successful. At this point I still owed Jeff Fine $2000. He was quite good at emailing me to collect his money. I asked for a paid invoice and he promised to send me one once the last payment was received. It's been 4 weeks and I'm still waiting for the invoice. Bottom line, if Jeff promises you something take it with a grain of salt.

The process was made easy; no high pressure sales tactics. Their pricing was more than reasonable compared to competitors. The only “glitches” were the delivery of the wrong size door which lengthened my wait for the project to be finished; the error was on the part of the manufacturer. Some caulking wasn’t done on installation but was corrected later. I would definitely recommend this company.

This was not a great experience for me. Jeff was fine to work with. He came out and quoted a reasonable price. That wasn't the issue. The installers were not professional (2 guys). I came home to find them urinating on the side of the house near the chimney. When caught, he said "Oh, I guess you caught me. This is my bathroom". We let Jeff know immediately and he discussed it with the person, but regardless I would have expected better. The installation is just okay. We realized later that the siding on the side that is split by the chimney doesn't line up. One of those things that once you see it, that's all you can see.

Great product, great customer service, great installation. No hassles with trying to up-sell me on additional products or services. Manufacturing the sliding glass door took a bit longer than I'd hoped, but otherwise, I'm very pleased.

The value is amazing, and if the install goes well, you will likely be very happy. As is, I was very happy with the pricing. The initial install went very well, save for a few minor issues. One of the issues was due to a manufacturer defect, so the blame isn't all on Eco. My main issue was simply with how long it took to get to complete satisfactory completion of the project. The original work was done in March 2017, which was within the timetable that Jeff gave us. All good there. However, getting to the 100% satisfaction mark took until August 2017. I don't think all the blame is with Eco Windows due to the manufacturer's quality issue, but it felt like after I sent final payment the priority Eco put on my job went down substantially.

We met with several window companies and we chose Eco as they had the best quality window for the price. We worked with Jeff and he was excellent. No hard sell, answered all the questions and he was responsive when we had questions. The installers were excellent as well. The windows came our great and they were extremely neat and careful. The quality of their work is outstanding. I woudl highly recommend Jeff and Eco Windows and Siding.

All around great job! They even offered to fix my front door latch for me! They were easy to work with when coordinating for quote prior to purchase of home installation would happen in.

Straightforward. Reasonable. Expeditious. A pleasure to do business with Jeff and Don. We were so pleased with the performance on this job that when we needed some skylights and siding replaced this summer, we called them again. Carlos promptly came and measured etc. Another super job.

All around great experience. The estimator, Jeff, was friendly and knowledgeable and no pressure sales. The crew, led by Abe, was on time and professional. Abe explained the process and answered questions. After they were done, they cleaned up. I highly recommend Eco Windows and Siding.

I would highly recommend Eco Windows. My wife and I were first time homebuyers and wanted to replace the five old steel windows in our walk out basement. Jeff was very responsive and helpful in guiding us through the process. Don and his installation team did high quality work and were very professional.

I could not have had a more positive experience with this company. The initial consultation was not one of those high pressure sells with incentives to commit. The pitch was product quality, standing behind their work, and a reasonable price. They were on time for all scheduled appointments. The workmanship was great. This is a very friendly and professional company.
