I cannot gush enough about this company. Reid quickly diagnosed the problem and worked with the manufacturer to eventually get me a new tank. He went above and beyond, coming to my house daily to heat up enough water for our family to use until the parts were delivered for what initially was going to be a repair. He kept me informed the entire time. When it was finally determined to replace the tank he followed the supply chain to get it to me asap. He didn't leave until he was sure I was taken care of. I am so glad to have worked with him!

We have a special type of faucet in our shower that has a screen and control. The faucet came with the house and my husband has joked many times how expensive the faucet will be when it breaks. I called the home warranty company we have and they told us it was not able to be repaired. We called Northern Virginia Plumbing and they came out and tried to repair the faucet, the gentleman explained to us that the parts were under warranty. He gave me a list of 3 parts and the phone number to call. The parts came in on Friday and they returned today and completed the job. We could not be happier and are very grateful for their work.

Northern Virginia Plumbing Services Company is my plumbing company for life! Or at least until I move out of state. Mr. Reid is very professional! He knows exactly what the problem is, how to fix it and within a timely manner. I've called him and asked for an emergency fix and he was there! No let's pencil you in for next week. My water heater has gone out twice! Once in the winter and just last week. He doesn't charge outrageous prices like other companies. Mr. Reid and Company I THANK YOU!

Reid, the plumber was very professional and diagnosed a difficult leak in a hard to reach location under the master bathroom tub. In the process, before cutting into the wall he worked tirelessly to find a way to access the broken drain pipe, that would cause the least mess, and was the most cost effective. He did a wonderful job and left the area affected spotlessly clean. The cost was very reasonable. I'm a retired electrician, and I know a true craftsman when I see his work. You won't go wrong with Northern Va Plumbing Svs.

I chose Northern Virginia Plumbing Services because of their free estimate and prompt response time. After coming for the free estimate to find and determine the cause of a leak under my kitchen sink, they were quick to offer a convenient time they could come back and fix the repair. The plumber, Reid, came promptly and prepared w/ not only the proper tools, but in addition he brought blankets to cover the area as well as booties being mindful of my home. Not only did he take his time to ensure by issue was resolved, but a separate issue under my sink was found that could potentially cause problems.
