They were quick to have someone come to my house and were flexible in rescheduling when I didn’t get out of the drs office soon enough to be home. Eric was Very friendly, Very professional, Very personable. I felt heard and he did his best to see if the unit could be repaired before resorting to recommending a new unit. I’m happy he will be doing my maintenance on the unit in the future.

I had just moved into my new home which was built in 1978 as the summer heat started and my 14 year old heat pump wasn’t able to keep the house cool despite running constantly. I have never had a heat pump before and they were great about answering all sorts of questions, teaching me the basics and letting me know my options. For instance, with the house vacant for ten months we didn’t know whether the fluid was low because of a small, slow leak or something more serious. I signed a contract with NVAC that day.

This was an emergency repair. was called in the evening by the Company president and a prompt appointment was set for 7 AM the next day. The service tech was at the door at 7 and quickly had the problem diagnosed and repair expedited. The tech was very professional. I highly recommend the company.

It charged me $773.97 for replacing a blower ( $119 for send a technician to your door and $654 for a generic blower). The technician even did not bother to provide a quote before the replacement. Avoid this vendor if you can.

Our trucks are equipped with hundreds of parts including emergency universal parts to provide customers with heat after hours when supply vendors are closed. Our prices also include a one year labor guarantee and we strive to take great care of all of our customers and we regret you were dissatisfied."
