They came, reviewed the job and did enough repairs to get it working. It needed replacing. I then sold the property.

Mike did a very bad job in fixing the bay window. Poor workmanship. Unreliable and does not care to finish the job. First they gave me an estimate and when I wanted to go with them they increased the estimate by $200. I had no option than to go with them as I already wasted 4 weeks. They tool the advance 50% and did not show up on the day they are supposed to. They came in finally and said they cannot start the work because they needed something to setup outside. Did not show up again and said that they could not rent the tool. Finally one day they showed up and started the work. They ripped the framing apart and said they need to replace the part and could cost $200 more. I said ok as I did not have an option. Replaced the window and said they will come back with the frame. Never showed up again. Called they multiple times. Finally after 2 weeks they showed up. This time Mike tried to patch up the frame without getting a new one. He tried to get the money from me but never tried to fix the problem. Now I had to hire new contractor to finish the work. Never hire Mike or his company.

Contractor missed scheduled appointments at least three times. Repair of broken sidelight glass was done well but expensive. Technician lacked basic carpentry skills and couldn't properly construct interior trim piece.

Beware! I paid this company $700 up front to replace the operators on two casement windows for my home. The initial repair was unsuccessful; wrong parts. After that I was promised one date after another to complete the repair. After 3 months of no shows the company just stopped returning my calls. Looks like I am out $700 dollars.

This is not a large company which I personally like. Lots of communication and updating, We are so pleased with the work and our new glass. They were efficient, clean and neat and very good at what they do. They arrived quickly too. We can't thank them enough!!!

Replaced the glass of a fixed window. Called ahead when could not meet the schedule as the glass was not ready. Good work and cleaned up after the job.

Stiffed $719. I read on Yelp NoVa is out of business. Also stiffed another client for similar amt. I prepaid for additional work on a window so I could close on selling my house. Mike and NoVa team stood up new owners on multiple appts and the quit answering phone calls. Mike didn't return my text or call for refund.

Repaired my window at one half the cost of a competitor. Dropped off on Friday, fixed by Monday and could have been done sooner if urgent.

Very nice person. Gave us a call when he was 30 minutes from arriving. Told us what he would do and the date and was right on schedule.

Terrific service. Spot off fixing the issue with a short turnaround time. Very professional and personable representative.

Came out quickly to give estimate, but once he was paid had to call him over 5 times to get him to come to finish. When he took the glass out he left glass shards everywhere, both in and outside the house. Also left the gate open and the dogs almost got out. I literally had to vacuum the lawn that he walked across to pick up the glass pieces that he dropped on the way to his truck.

Job well done. Mike & his crew did an outstanding job on my new frameless shower installation. Very prompt, professional and the prices are fair. I see a very successful future for Northern Virginia Glass. Thanks guys

I will recommend anyone is looking for any Glass window repair or replacement of widow , door repair. This is so far the best co I find after several company I tried. They are professional and on time delivery with a reasonable pricing.

The windows look great, he was nice and polite, but never finished the job. The cost was rising and rising.
