The owner oversold the needs of the pump install and then when confronted with a failure of the system took 2 weeks to try to make amends. Had to to hire another Post Falls installer who got out to me and fixed the problem the next day in 4 hours. They found incomplete joint tightness and wiring heat shrink weaknesses. Would never recommend this company.

They showed up quickly, completed the work in a timely professional manner, and communicated very well. Price was fair and it was an overall great experience. I would recommend them.

My mom called these guys out they told her her pump was bad and they were going to charge her 7000 dollars for a new pump. When I got home to look at things I found that the control box was bad. These guys are a scam don’t hire them. Please don’t delete my review this time.

The guys were professional, courteous and most of all knew what they were doing and did a great job! They replaced my leaking/broken well pump and repaired and the tank and other stuff inside the house. Thank you Thomas, Josh, Gage and Kelly for each part you specialized and worked with me on!

It was a water test so far and lm planning on going with them for clean water. The water test was done thoroughly and the honest l! Honest is what l look for the most

I don?t know that I would trust these guys. I received a quote to replace my pump. Agreed to do everything they suggested. The day they did the work, everything went smoothly. Unfortunately the outcome wasn?t what I was hoping for - increased water production on a poor production well, but that?s not their fault. Here?s where you shouldn?t trust them. Right as the job was finished, a fourth guy showed up. He sorta fumbled around and did nothing, apparently he was their solar guy. When they were ?finished? two of the workers demanded payment, one of which was pretty rude about it. It felt odd considering the job wasn?t completed, they were supposed to come back the next day and install a bracket to support the water line. They left all my old well pump, pipe, and wires which is what I wanted. They took the pump controller that was less than a year old. Then I get the bill and it?s $600 more than I agreed to with no explanation, other than the fumbling solar guy said it took 4 guys.

A little pricey for the job done, but overall very responsive and reliable. Great communication extra appreciated.

Arrived on time. Will Meet or Beat PRICE of other COMPANIES. Installed Full Pump System [Pump , Pipe , Pressure Tank , Wiring , Control Box , Etc ] [ MINUS UNDERGROUND PLUMBING] within 5 Hours. Estimate gave 3 different Options. We wanted to upgrade ENTIRE SYSTEM from what we had BEFORE we contacted NORTHERN PUMP & POWER. We upgraded Pump from 10 GPM to 13 GPM and 83 Gl Tank to 108 Gl Tank and entire new Piping. Replaced A 28 year old System that just wasn't GOOD ENOUGH. Extremely Knowledgeable and Professional.

A super honest and an old school tpye of person , the type when a hand shake meant something . I will do more business with these people !!!!!!

Jake Nordmeyer with Northern Water and Power is awesome! He is the most experienced well and pump service company I know. I would highly recommend to all my friends and family! His attention to detail and willingness to help customers quickly and after hours was much appreciated!
