"We did everything possible to work with Stephanie's schedule. She rescheduled two days prior to the date her job was scheduled due to concerns with Covid. I made her aware that we would work it in asap on the days we were available. That didn't work well as she wanted to be home and was rarely off. She didn't want us to be in the house with her elderly dog. We gave Stephanie a detailed scope with the project divided into two phases. We were able to complete the first phase which is what she had for the most part paid for. She actually ended up owing us a small amount which I forgave. She cancelled the rest of the project one day prior to scheduled work stating that we were not able to work with her schedule. There were never no shows. We rescheduled once due to a blizzard, citing the safety of our contractors. I was very clear with Stephanie on what she had paid for. We go above and beyond for customers but it seems in this situation there was little I could do to make her happy. She is a nurse and I think the stress of the pandemic was affecting the situation."
