Do not call them! I paid Lewis Ertan $294.00. He took my money and ran. Found out he never repaired my AC! I tried calling him and he hung up on me! Very unprofessional and disrespectful!

I recently had a malfunctioning zone in a central A/C system. I contacted Northshore HVAC, Lewis Ertran for service. He was responsive, efficient, and successful in repairing what is now an old central A/C 18+ years system. It is inevitable that the system be replaced. Due to our positive experience and the knowledge/testing shared by Lewis regarding the condition of the old system we are talking to Lewis about replacing the system in the fall.

We were not planning on upgrading our central AC unit until later in the year, but being home during quarantine meant we had to make this happen asap. It is not easy to find a good HVAC company that you can trust and we are grateful that we came across this one! Lewis and his staff were great, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the details and the price was more than reasonable. I will not hesitate to call him again in the future!
