Northshore Moving exceeded our expectations. Best decisión I have made in a long time.

Broke off and lost the irreplaceable metal knobs to open my China Closet (which had been in perfect condition and survived 3 other moves over a 35+ year period.). Also put a hole in the ceiling of our new home from rushing and stabbing the top of the dresser mirror through it. Even with this and some other moderate damage, I was still forced to pay the extreme high end of the estimate, even though the estimate was for 3 workers, but one of them did absolutely nothing and then left dope sick in less than 30 minutes. So I was quoted for a truck and 3 workers; and I got 2 workers, a drug addict who never lifted one single thing and then took off, and the smallest moving truck I have ever seen in my life. All of which contributed to the issues encountered. They had my washer and dryer literally hanging off the tailgate because they absolutely refused to make two trips, even though thats the first thing they told me they would be doing at no extra charge since the moving van was much too small, even for a 1200 sqft house. Instead, they just jammed everything in there until they couldnt even close the back/loading door. So they are driving down the highway at 70 miles an hour with the giant back door open for anything to fall or fly out, with my washer and dryer tied to the tailgate about to also fall off.

Showed up on time, got right to work. Very courteous & professional. Took care of my belongs as well as floors/walls in both homes. Will definitely use again.

Went above what I exspected.

All members of the crew were exceptionally courteous and helpful, going out of their way to do whatever they could to make the move easier.
