Hired for automatic pool cover replacement. Ordered promptly, replaced, but adjusted the wheels & track on the automatic cover. He told me if there was a problem when we opened the pool for the season, call him and he would come back to make adjustments. Called and left him at least two messages and emailed him, and he didn't respond. Cover does not open properly.

I found John with Homeadvisor. He promptly gave us a quote & was very good at communicating with us. Northside pools did an excellent job of installing our liner at a decent price.

Just met with him = work will be done when weather gets better. Excellent meeting - price was great - john is super friendly.

In my experience, it's hard to find a pool contractor that is reliable and trustworthy. John is both.

I hired this company to replace my pool liner. This company was the least expensive including filling the pool back up, so I chose them. I can only recommend them. They were timely, provided great service adn explanations for services available as well as different options. The pool liner came in last week and due to the rain chances the installation wasn't completed until the following Monday. They had the liner installed and the pool filled within 6 hours. Thank you so much. It looks great.

John quickly recognized the problem and fix the problem even when the access to whirlpool pump was difficult.

We did not replace our liner, just had them close it for the winter. Very satisfied with service

I used John to install a new pump motor for my spa. He was great to work with! Very honest and fair, as well as easy to contact. He was also very timely for our installation appointment. I hope to work with him again in the future.
